Shipping policy
Shipping Costs and Information:
Shipping is available only to the countries listed below. All shipments are sent exclusively via DHL. Depending on the destination country and weight, delivery is made by DHL Small Parcel, DHL Warenpost International, or DHL Parcel International. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below.
If you would like shipping to a different country, or if your order exceeds 1 kg, please send us an email before placing your order (support@redesigninsert.com) stating the item with quantity and the delivery address including the country and postal code. We will promptly let you know whether delivery to the desired country is possible and — if so — inform you of the shipping costs, as we need to check availability and pricing with our shipping partner in advance.
The listed delivery times are based on experience from previously shipped orders to the respective countries. These are updated at irregular intervals. All listed shipping costs apply to orders up to 1 kg.
Shipments include parcel tracking within Germany and internationally.
During the checkout process, the shipping costs will be clearly displayed before completing the order.
Important notice:
Due to current international sanctions, export restrictions, and logistical constraints, we currently do not ship to Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or other sanctioned regions. Additionally, we currently do not ship to the USA due to changed customs and import regulations.
Shipping within Germany:
For deliveries within mainland Germany, we charge per order and weight from €5.00. For gross order values of €60 or more, shipping is free of charge.
Weight-based shipping: Our shipping costs depend on weight; the shipping weight can be found in the product description of the respective item.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, money transfer fees charged by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, currency exchange fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g. customs duties).
